Troubleshooting Comment and Order Errors
If you have software running in your system tray, such as GetRight or other download software, you can have problems accessing the Comment form or in beginning the processing of your order. Shut down the download software (it should disappear from your system tray) and try again - this will usually correct the majority of issues accessing these pages.
If this does not resolve your problems, please feel free to send an email to metasales@legendweaver.com with the subject: Help Accessing Comments and Orders. Include in the body a description of the error messages and exactly what you were trying to do (eg what button or link you pressed) that caused the error to surface. We'll do our best to help resolve your issue, if at all possible.
