If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, feel free to return it in new condition within 30 days of purchase date and we'll gladly exchange your purchase or refund your purchase price.

Payment

Unfortunately in these times, desk top publishing can produce very realistic looking cheques and money orders. Therefore, we don't accept payment by money order or by cheque.

Shipping

For the security of the card holder, we will only ship to the credit card holder's address. In addition, no orders will be accepted that go to postal boxes.

Delivery

We currently provide for Canadian customers three shipping methods:
  • Xpresspost - 5 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Parcel - 8 to 10 business days
  • Regular Parcel - 9 to 12 business days
For United States Customers we currrently provide two shipping methods:
  • Xpresspost USA - 6 to 8 business days
  • Expedited USA - 12 to 14 business days
